Local employers are invited to find out more about Creating Tomorrow College at the Chester House Estate and the support it can provide.

The Employer Morning will take place on Friday 18th November at the Chester House Estate, NN29 7EZ.

Business owners are asked to book their attendance to find out more about how the college can support with recruitment and improve any skill gaps. Pastries and Hot Drinks will be available.

Attendees will be able to meet with the college’s neurodiverse students and the college’s current employment partners to find out more about the support available.

According to the college, only 5.1% of people with additional needs gain paid employment, with over 65% willing and able to. This means there is a huge untapped workforce waiting to gain employment. The college supports students to become disability confident and provides life-changing opportunities.

Established in 2021, the college currently supports a range of local employers and is looking to expand their connections. Local employers currently working with the college include Travis Perkins, Green King, GXO, Kempston Controls, Jamie’s Quality Butchers in Kettering, Nene Valley Crematorium, the Chester House Estate and local schools.

Those wishing to attend are asked to book by calling 01536 856832 or by sending an email to bchilds@creatingtomorrowcollege.co.uk.
