An award-winning law firm specialising in full-service property investment recently opened its doors to offer expert advice to property investors and Rushden residents.

The founding and managing partner, Julie Condliffe, cut the ribbon and officially opened the premises on Rushden High Street last month. She was joined by Rushden town mayor, Councillor Adrian Winkle.

Creative Legals offers local property investors, landlords and letting agents specialist advice to help them save time and money by making legal processes easier. The business is “the UK’s only dedicated firm that specialises in lease options, evictions and property auctions”, according to Julie.

She added: “Creative Legals is an award-winning law firm that is also the UK’s only property auction firm. We offer legal advice to people looking to buy or sell at auction.”

The wide range of services provided also include advice on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Divorce and Family matters, and Professional Negligence.

Opening the business on Rushden High Street was an easy decision for Julie. She said: “I have lived in Rushden since 2015, it is a beautiful town, however, since Covid hit there has been a significant increase in the number of stores closing.

“I decided to open the law firm in Rushden as it is a fantastic area and I wanted to breathe new life into our ailing high street.”

She continued: “Opening Creative Legals was a very proud moment for me. Originally from Zimbabwe, Rushden is my new adopted home, and opening the firm is my way to show support to the local area.”

Despite being the founder of Creative Legals, a property investor, and specialising in property sector law for over 20 years, Julie Condliffe is also a successful speaker and writer.

Despite being the founder of Creative Legals, a property investor, and specialising in property sector law for over 20 years, Julie Condliffe is also a successful speaker and writer. She has authored four best-selling books on property, three on auctions and numerous articles for publications, such as the Law Society Gazette, focussing on property and other matters.

Creative Legals will clearly benefit the Rushden area and its residents. They now have a specialist law firm with client service ‘at the heart of what we do’ right on their doorstep.

Julie explained: “Our unique offering will encourage people to visit the local area, which will in turn benefit the wider community.”
