Businesses are invited to attend a recruitment fair, which will be held at Rushden Lakes, to promote their business and career opportunities.
The DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) Job Centre are inquiring whether businesses would like to, and how many would, attend the fair.
The event will provide businesses with the opportunity to showcase their business and career opportunities, whilst holding a ‘mini interview’ for individuals who are really interested.
A minimum of one person from each business would have to attend the fair with a banner and/or company material to promote their business and the vacancies; they will be provided with tables and chairs.
As of now, it has not been decided when the event will take place.
Donna French, Centre Manager at Rushden Lakes, said: “Once we get the numbers back and their availability, we will then set a few dates for confirmation.
“We usually hold them about 4pm and, again, we will ask what best suits those businesses who are attending.”
