The first in-person event staged by Wellingborough & East Northants Chamber of Commerce for more than two years took place on Friday, March 18.

Delegates, including Chamber members, business representatives and local politicians, attended the Spring Meeting at Chester House Estate.

Chamber President Pritesh Ganatra gave an address before updates from Wellingborough, Rushden and Higham Ferrers Town Councils, while Donna French from Rushden Lakes talked about community engagement.

There was also a tourism theme, with Jack Pishhorn from Chester House Estate and Sharn Matthews from River Nene Regional Park giving presentations, before an engaging panel discussion covering subjects including parking, rural East Northants and improving communications throughout the area.
