Mu Mu will be the latest restaurant to open in Wellingborough later this month.
Steaks and burgers, cocktails and shakes will feature among other dishes on the menu at the High Street venue.
A head-chef, sous chef, full-time supervisor and part-time waiting and bar staff are being recruited.
An application has been submitted to the council for a licence to sell alcohol and play recorded music indoors.
The restaurant will be closed on Sundays and Mondays and open from 12pm-2pm and 6pm-10pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 12pm – 3pm and 5:30pm – 10pm on Saturdays.
Doors will officially open at 5:30pm on Friday, March 31st.
