The Borough Council’s Environmental Health Service has reviewed its Enforcement Policy and is seeking feedback from businesses and individuals who may be affected.
The Policy applies to all legislation enforced by officers within the Environmental Health team (including health and safety at work, food safety, environmental protection, animal welfare, pollution control, public health and licensing) and details the approach the team will take in enforcing legislation – including the support available to enable businesses to meet their legal obligations.
