Former England international footballer Sir Geoff Hurst will be at The Cutting Room in Wellingborough on Thursday, September 22, in the first of two forthcoming events for Niamh’s Next Step.

British former professional boxer Nigel Benn has also been lined up to visit the town in October for another Sporting Gold fundraiser.

Doors open at 7pm for An Evening with Sir Geoff Hurst, which will be hosted by former Premier League referee Jeff Winter.

All tickets, costing either £40 for a standard ticket or £50 for a VIP ticket, include a professional photograph with Sir Geoff and buffet food.

An Evening with Nigel Benn is then taking place at The Cutting Room on Thursday, October 13, with doors opening at 7pm.
