A free employment workshop to help Northamptonshire businesses support employees with learning disabilities is set to be held next week.
Northamptonshire Learning Disability Partnership Board (LDPB) is holding the event on Tuesday, March 22 to help employers include those with learning disabilities in their workplace.
The workshop held at the Kettering Conference Centre will explore potential barriers to employment and will provide attendees with helpful information to take away on a USB stick.
Participants will hear from someone with a learning disability who is currently employed as well as understanding the pros and cons of sufferers joining the workforce.
