Chamber member Prop-Search has scooped another prestigious industry award, picking up the Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agents 2015 accolade for the region.
EGi, the online arm of property bible Estates Gazette, spent weeks of intensive research compiling a comprehensive list of which agents had carried out the most deals across all commercial property types across the county. Once again, it was Prop-Search’s dominance in the industrial and office markets, supported by strong performances in the retail and investment sectors, which helped secure the Most Active Agent title for another year.
Commenting on the results, Prop-Search Director Simon Toseland said: “We’re delighted with the recent results published by Estates Gazette. In an increasingly competitive market we continue to grow and out-perform our competitors.”
“What’s amazing is that for all the consolidation happening among the national agents, the strength of the local agent remains strong. It is the local agents that are do the most deals and this underlines how important they are to the commercial property market and indeed the Northamptonshire economy.”
