The Mallows Company (Chamber Member) is working with Northamptonshire Probation helping people with convictions to secure employment or training opportunities.
As part of this ongoing work, in which they have had much success in placing people with companies, they would like to get a feel for how your business feels about this often tricky subject.
It would really help them if you could spare 2 minutes to email back the answers to this short questionnaire, which will help to establish the level of support your company may or may not require moving forward.
