An ENORMOUS thank you to all who attended the Chambers 10th Anniversary Beer Festival at All Saints Church Hall.

I think I can say without doubt this was our biggest event to date and it was backed by the most fantastic weather we could have ever wished for. Astonishing to think that in late September early October we would be basking in the high 70s mid 80s., but thanks to this the beer garden was full and as much merriment went on out there as it did in the hall.

We have had tremendous feedback from our visitors as to how enjoyable they found the entertainment over the three days of the festival and we must say a huge thank you to all our three acts for their continuous entertaining every evening in what was a very hot hall!
The Scouts kept their promise to keep everyone well fed and they have told me that they have never in the history of our beer festivals been so busy serving food. The Chamber are delighted to say that with the profits they are going to support the local Rotarians with money for their projects.

Thanks must go to our many sponsors also who include Weatherby’s, ISIS, Cougar Flex Hydraulics, Barton Telecom, Elysium Online, Turnell and Odell Ltd, Rob Adaway Structural Solutions, W Norton & Sons, Promote it Ltd, Oakham Ales, Potbelly Brewery and our programme supporters, Swansgate, Santa Pod, Sywell Aerodrome, C R Potter & Sons and The Utility Warehouse.

We will almost certainly be back with our Waendel Beer festival next May so if you would like a piece of the action and want to sponsor our beer glasses or a barrel of beer or even place an advertisement in our full colour programme call Alan Piggot at the Wellingborough Chamber and he will be pleased to advise on cost.
